Reverie Books is an independent bookshop in Monrovia, Liberia. This page explains, simply, what we keep about you and why.

What we keep

When you order, request a book or sign up for news, we keep your name, phone number, email (if you give it), delivery address and what you ordered. If you chat with Zain, our shop assistant, we keep the conversation for 90 days to help with your order and improve our service.

Why we keep it

To deliver your books, confirm your payment, send you updates about your order, and answer your questions. We only send you news and offers if you’ve said yes, and you can stop them at any time from the link in any message or under My account.

Who sees it

Only our staff and the people who help us run the shop — our delivery drivers, and the services that host our website and send our emails. We never sell your information or share it for others’ advertising.

Payments

Mobile Money payments go directly from your wallet to ours. We never see or keep your PIN or card details.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: your cart, staying signed in, and your chat with Zain. We count visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

Your choices

You can see your orders and update your details under My account. To get a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email read@reveriebooks.shop. We keep records of past orders where the law requires it for our accounts.
